Beef, Unagi, wine and Namako

Namako Night Event vol. 2! Cool down with some unagi and beef on the hottest day of the summer July 20th!



The amazing Namako sensei is back to WISE OWL HOSTELS SHIBUYA once again after his successful Tanabata event!
As this event would be held on July 20th, hottest day of the summer- a traditional day where Japanese people eat unagi (eel) to cool themselves down- Namako sensei will be preparing unagi, as well as various beef dishes and of course delicious wine with the food.

* Hozumi beef steak and vegetable sauté 1,000 yen
* Roast beef 1,000 yen
* 2-3 types of salads 500 yen each
* Unagi (eel) with rice 700 yen
* Beef brand could change on the day
* Tentative menu

As many of you already know, when Namako sensei prepares meat dishes, he usually dresses up as a nun.
Apparently he wears it as an appreciation to the animal’s sacrifice.
If you have not seen this side of Namako sensei yet, you have a chance to do so at this event.

What do you think of when you eat meat?
That’s right, wine! This time, we will have special wine by Ms. Kiyoko Teramoto, who runs a wine EC shop in Saginuma.
Having collaborations with Namako sensei for many years, she plans on preparing wine that would go perfectly with Namako sensei’s food.
