Q: Can I leave my luggage before check-in/ after check-out?
A: Please use the shared area for luggage storage on the second floor. However, please be noticed that we do not guarantee the safety of your luggage left at the area, and the use of the area is allowed utill 9 PM for those checked out.
Q: Can I send a package or a letter to your facility?
A: Please make sure that the shipment arrives the day before your check-in date or the day you check-in, is pre-paid and is not a frozen or cold one, and the date of check-in and your name(must be equivalent to your reservation name) are written. If there is no name corresponding with your reservation name, we will not receive the shipment.
Q: Is the entrance open all day long?
A: It is locked from 12 AM to 8 AM where you can enter our building with a card key provided upon check-in.
Q: What types of credit cards can I use?
A: VISA, MASTER, JCB, AMEX, Diners, SAISON, and DISCOVER are acceptable.
Q: Services such as cleaning a room and changing a towel are offered?
A: You can get a new towel per day for free, and bed cleaning is available at ¥500. In both cases please feel free to ask us at the reception.
Q: Can I check in before 4 PM?
A: You can check in from 2 PM for ¥1,000 per person, in which case it needs to be informed beforehand.
Q: Can I check out even after 11 AM?
A: Late check-out is available at ¥1,000 per person, which should also be informed beforehand. The maximum time you can remain in your room is until 2 PM.
Q: Regarding my valuables.
A: Every property of yours must be dealt with under your responsibility. For small belongings, there is a security box inside each bed in dorms.
Q: Do you offer breakfast?
A: We do not provide breakfast.
Q: Is it acceptable that I use a bed next to my friend or request a specific bed (i.e. lower/upper bank)?
A: These kinds of special requests must be informed beforehand and are not 100% catered to. If you do have such a request, besides a message beforehand, please tell us so when checking in.
Q: Do you have parking lots?
A: We do not own them, but there is an ample amount of them in Susukino. If you want details, please feel free to ask us.
Q: Smoking inside is allowed?
A: You must not smoke inside. Please consider smoking outside.
Q: What kinds of amenities do you offer?
A: You have a towel on your bed by default. You can check other amenities with this link.
Q: Does a room have a private shower room?
A: Some of our private rooms do but others including dorms do not. Shared shower rooms and toilets are on each floor.
Q: Do you have laundry and dryer machines?
A: They are on the 5F and 6F, available at ¥300 and ¥100 respectively.
Q: Do you offer a rental bike? Where can I park my bike?
A: We do not have such a rental bike service. For parking a bike, you can use the first floor if it is vacant.
Q: Do you offer cards and TV games?
A: We have the Nintendo Switch and several cards. When you want to use them, please come and ask us at the reception.
Q: Can we use the extension call?
A: No rooms have it. Although each floor has it, we might not be able to answer other than the reception open time: 8 AM to 12 AM.
Q: Do you have a kitchen, microwave, and fridge available?
A: On the second floor: a shared kitchen, you can use them. Seasonings and other foods/drinks are not offered.
Q: When will there be a cancellation fee?
A: Please refer to the cancellation policy available on the service site you used, such as Booking.com /Hostel World.
Q: Can children stay?
A: Those who are younger than 18 years old cannot stay in dorms. They can stay only in private rooms with adults who are older than 18 years old and take responsibility for them (parents and their children younger than 5 years old can sleep in one bed). In case you want to use a dorm as a private room, rules and requirements for private rooms are applied.

Q: What time should I be back at your hostel?
A: You can enter the building anytime, even from 12 AM to 8 AM where the entrance is locked, with a card key provided upon check-in.
Q: What should I do in case my check-in time is going to be after 12 AM?
A: First and foremost, please contact us via Booking.com or by calling. If we were not informed that you would be late to check in, the reservation is going to be canceled automatically with no refund. In addition, please note that there will be a ¥1,000 charge for midnight check-in and other requests.
Q: Can I let my friends who do not stay at your hostel in my room?
A: It is not allowed. NON-guests are allowed only to use the lounge on the second floor. If an offense to the rules is detected, there will be a fine.
Q: Can I use the lounge before check-in and after check-out?
A: You can use the lounge from 8 AM of the day to check in and to 9 PM of the day to check out.
