Q: Can I store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
A: We can store your luggage on the check-in and check-out dates. Please leave it at the bottom of the stairs in the lounge on the first floor at your own risk. The hostel will not be responsible for any theft or loss.

 

Q: Can I send luggage or letters to the hotel?
A: In principle, we can accept your luggage if it arrives on the day before or the day of check-in. For shipping, it must be prepaid (we cannot accept refrigerated delivery). Please make sure to include your check-in date and the name of the reservation holder on the shipping label when sending it to the hostel. If the name is not included on the label, we will not be able to store it, so please be aware of this.

 

Q: Is the entrance open 24 hours?
A: The entrance is locked from 11 PM to 8 AM. During that time, you can enter by holding the card key you receive at check-in to the sensor next to the automatic door to unlock it.

 

Q: What credit cards can I use?
A: You can use VISA, MASTER, JCB, AMEX, Diners, SAISON, and DISCOVER.

 

Q: Will you clean the room or change the towels?
A: During your stay, we provide one towel for free. Additional towels can be rented for 100 yen each. Bed-making is available for 500 yen per time. If you need this service, please inform the front desk staff. For rooms with stays of one week or longer, we offer one free bed-making and additional towels at no charge.

 

Q: Can I check in early?
A: Yes, early check-in is possible for an additional fee of 1,000 yen per person, once the bed (room) is ready after 1 PM. If you would like this service, please let us know in advance.

 

Q: Can I check out late?
A: The standard check-out time is 10 AM, but late check-out is possible until 1 PM for an additional fee of 1,000 yen per person. If you would like this service, please let us know in advance.

 

Q: About storing valuables
A: We kindly ask that you keep all your belongings, including valuables, in your possession. In the dorm rooms, we have a small security box at the bedside.

 

Q: About breakfast
A: We do not offer breakfast service.

 

Q: Can I request to stay next to my friend in the dormitory, or specify upper or lower bunks?
A: We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but we cannot guarantee that it will be possible. We would appreciate it if you could ask at the front desk again during check-in on the day.

 

Q: Is there parking available?
A: The hostel does not have a dedicated parking lot. However, we can provide information about nearby coin parking.

 

Q: Can I smoke inside the building?
A: No, smoking is not allowed inside. However, there is a designated smoking area for guests only.

 

Q: What amenities are provided in the guest rooms?
A: Please refer to this page for information about paid and free amenities.

 

Q: Do the rooms have a shower room and a toilet?
A: No, the rooms do not have a shower room and a toilet. All showers and toilets are shared.

 

Q: Is there a coin laundry available?
A: Yes, we have washing machines for 300 yen per use and dryers for 100 yen per 30 minutes.

 

Q: About rental bicycles (bicycle parking)
A: We do not offer bicycle rentals. Please use the bicycle parking area located next to our facility at the FamilyMart.

 

Q: Are game consoles or card games available for borrowing?
A: Yes, we have some card games available. Please check with the front desk for details.

 

Q: Is there an internal phone in the guest rooms?
A: No, there is no internal phone in the guest rooms.

 

Q: Is there a phone available for guest use?
A: No, there is not. Please use a nearby public phone.

 

Q: Are there any kitchens, refrigerators, or microwaves available for use?
A: Yes, there is a shared kitchen. It includes a refrigerator, microwave, IH stove, electric kettle, and utensils.
*Please note that we do not provide seasonings or other ingredients.

 

Q: When do cancellation fees start to apply?
A: Please check the cancellation policy of the booking site you used for your reservation.

 

Q: Can children stay here?
A: Dormitory-type rooms are only available for guests aged 18 and over. For children aged 0 to 17, they can stay in private rooms only when accompanied by a guardian. In this case, children under 5 years old can sleep in the same bed, but children 5 years and older will need to use their own bed. If you book a dormitory room as a private group, the same conditions as a private room apply. Please contact us for more details.

 

Q: Is there a curfew?
A: There is no curfew, as you can enter and exit the facility at any time with your room key after check-in.

 

Q: What should I do if I am going to be late for check-in?
A: Late check-in is available from 11 PM to 1 AM for an additional fee of 1,000 yen per person. If you would like this option, please let us know in advance. After 1 AM, check-in will not be possible under any circumstances.
→ If you have a one-night reservation: It will be treated as a no-show, and your reservation will be automatically canceled.
→ If you have a multi-night reservation: You can keep your reservation and check in after 8 AM the following day.
*Please note that regardless of the length of stay, if you do not inform us in advance and miss the final check-in time, it will be treated as a no-show, and your reservation will be automatically cancelled.

 

Q: Can I let a friend who is not staying in the room enter?
A: Only registered guests are allowed in the guest rooms. Your friends can use the first-floor cafe during its opening hours, but they cannot enter after that. If unauthorized entry is confirmed, a penalty of 30,000 yen will be imposed, so please be cautious.

 

Q: Can I use the lounge before check-in or after check-out?
A: Yes, you can use the lounge from 8 AM on the check-in day until 10 PM after check-out.
