Q: Can I put my luggage before check-in and after check-out?
A: It is possible. Please use the designated luggage space. Please note that you can only put your luggage until 21:00 on your check-out day.
The hostel is not responsible for any loss of luggages.

 

Q: Can I send an item and/or letter to the hostel?
A: We would love to receive your mails/ packages at the reception in advance.
As a general rule, arrival date of your mails/ packages should be the day before or on your check-in day.
It should be paid by the shipper.
Please make sure that there is your booking name, check-in date written on it.

 

Q: Is the entrance open for 24 hours?
A: The entrance is locked from 12 AM to 8 AM. If you want to enter the hostel during that hour, you will need the room key that we give you when you check-in.

 

Q: What kind of credit cards can I use at the hostel?
A: You can use the following cards; VISA, MASTER, JCB, AMEX, Diners, Saison, and Discover.

 

Q: Can you clean up and change the towels during our stay?
A: One towel will be provided free of charge during your stay. If you need an additional towel for rent, 1 towel costs 100 yen.
Bed making service is available for 500 yen per bed. Please ask the front desk staff if you require this service.
Rooms with a stay of one week or longer will receive one time free bed making and one free extra towels.

 

Q: Can I do early check-in?
A: At the moment, we do not provide early check-in service.

 

Q: Can I do a late check out?
A: Normal check-out time is 10:00 a.m., but late check-out is available until 1:00 p.m. with an additional charge of 1,000 yen per person. Please let us know in advance if you wish to do so.

 

Q: Storage of Valuables
A: You need to keep all your belongings, including valuables, in your room by yourself.
In the case of dormitory rooms, a small security box is provided at the bedside.

 

Q: About breakfast
A: We do not provide breakfast.

 

Q: Can I ask to be placed next to a friend in a dormitory room, or can I request to be placed in the upper or lower bunks?
A: We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.
Please confirm at the front desk when you check in on the day of your stay.

 

Q: Do you have parking?
A: The hostel does not have a private parking lot. We can guide you to a coin-operated parking in the neighborhood.

 

Q: Can I smoke in the hostel?
A: Smoking is prohibited in the entire building. Please smoke at the designated areas outside of the building.

 

Q: What are the amenities in the guest rooms?
A: Please click here for information on paid and free amenities.

 

Q: Is there a shower and toilet in the room?
A: No, there are no private shower or toilets inside the rooms. There are only shared showers and toilets.

 

Q: Is there a coin laundry?
A: Yes, there is a coin laundry available for 300 yen for a washing machine and 100 yen for a dryer.

 

Q: Bicycle Rental (Bicycle Parking Lot)
A: We do not rent bicycles. As we do not have any bicycle parking lot, if you rent a bicycle, please park it at a nearby bicycle parking lot.

 

Q: Are there any game machines, playing cards, etc. available for rent?
A: Yes, we have some game machines and other equipment. Please ask the front desk for details.

 

Q: Extension phone in the guest room
A: There is no extension phone in the guest rooms. There is an extension phone in the hallway on each floor that connects to the front desk, but since the front desk is not open 24 hours a day, it is not available for use for particular hours.

 

Q: Is there a kitchen, refrigerator, or microwave that are available for use?
A: Yes, we have a shared kitchen. We have a fully equipped kitchen, including a refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, electric kettle, and cutlery.
However, we do not provide seasonings.

 

Q: When will cancellation fees begin?
A: Please check the cancellation policy of the booking site where you made your reservation.

 

Q: Can children stay at your hostel?
A: Any guest of age 18 and above has the right to book and stay in our dorms.
Guests` ages ranging from 0 to 17 cannot stay in dorms, and they must stay in private rooms with their guardians.
Any guest of age 4 and below should stay in the same bed with their guardian.
Guests aged 5 and above must stay in separate beds in private rooms.
If a whole dorm is booked by a group in which a minor/minors (under 18 years old) belongs to, then all terms and conditions of private-room stay are applied and practiced.

 

Q: Is there a curfew?
A: There is no curfew. Once you have checked in, you can enter and leave the facility at any time with your room key.

 

Q: Do if I am late for check-in time?
A: If you miss the final check-in time on the day of your stay for any reason, you will not be allowed to stay at the hotel. No refunds will be made.
This is because the entrance is automatically locked and the reception is not open 24 hours a day.
For single night stays, reservations will be treated as a no-show after the last check-in time and will be automatically cancelled.
For multiple-night stays, it is possible to keep your reservation and check in after 8:00 a.m. the next day.※If notified in advance
If you do not notify us in advance, regardless of the number of nights, your reservation will be treated as a no-show and will be automatically cancelled.

 

Q: Can I have a friend who is not staying at the hotel stay in my room?
A: No. Only guests are allowed to enter the rooms. Friends may use the entrance area on the first floor, but are not allowed to use the lounge.
Please be aware that you will be fined 30,000 yen if your friend is found to have entered your room.

 

Q: Can I use the lounge before/after check-in?
A: You can use the lounge from 8:00 a.m. on the day of check-in and until 9 p.m. on the day of check-out.
